ExplainI ran my 1994 Camaro with the PCA schools in (TWS)College station many times back in 95'-96'.  I was qualified for white run group.  I graduated from the Bondurant school in Arizona on August 10,1997(my 21st Bday).  I also graduated from the Panoz school at Road Atlanta on July 29th, 1999.  I then joined the SCCA.  I held a National and Regional license from 2000-2004 (License #276281).  During that time I ran the American Sedan(AS) class with my 1995 Camaro.  I've raced at College Station(TWS), Corpus Cristi, Abilene, Dallas(TMS), and Hallet OK.  I also rented a Mazda RX-7 for some SRX7 races occasionally when Camaro was down in order to meet requirements to maintain SCCA license.  I won the SCCA American Sedan Houston Regional Championship in 2002, and was runner-up in 2001.  In 2004 I switched the Camaro to Super Production(SP).  We took out the spec 305cid motor and dropped in a 350cid that was making way more power.  Had some fun for few races but I spun a bearing and blew the engine.  While we had the engine out to fix it, my Dad got in a car wreck on the way to work.  At the time he was mainly financing the race program.  After that  we put the 305cid back in and sold the car.  That was it for my SCCA stuff.  After that I did some drag racing 1/8 and 1/4 mile in my brother's 69' Camaro and my 86" Camaro.  Both cars were race prepped cars and very fast.  Sold the 86' Camaro and got a 2017 1LE Camaro.  I've run a Texas Mile event with it and some drag racing at Baytown with it.

What would you like to accomplish this event?I got the 1LE Camaro because it's for the track.  I've been using it to do some drag racing and  a Texas Mile event so far.  I want to get back out and do some road racing again.  This is purely for fun.  I do not plan on going all out or abusing the car too much.  I just want to experience the sights, sounds, and smells of road racing again.  I am planning to attend the June event in Angleton.
